DMCA Policy for Dual Pc Streaming Audio Mixer
Dual Pc Streaming Audio Mixer ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with U.S. copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications.
If you believe that any content available on or through Dual Pc Streaming Audio Mixer infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the information outlined below.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
To file a DMCA notice of infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. The counter-notification must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Dual Pc Streaming Audio Mixer may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
